On the 12th of February, our
4th, 5th and 6th class pupils attended the Primary School’s Indoor 400m Relay
Event at the National Indoor Arena in Abbottstown, and they represented our
school with outstanding enthusiasm, teamwork and sportsmanship. From the moment we arrived, the students
showed excellent behaviour, listening carefully to instructions, supporting one
another, and demonstrating great respect for the organisers and other schools.
It was wonderful to see so much encouragement from the sidelines, with
classmates cheering every runner and celebrating each effort.
All of the children
participated with determination and positive attitudes, giving their best in
every race. A special congratulations goes to the 5th class boys, who performed
brilliantly on the track and finished third place, proudly bringing home the
bronze medal for the school. This was a fantastic achievement and a reward for
their teamwork and effort. We are
extremely proud of how all of our students represented the school not only in
their athletic performances but also in their kindness, encouragement, and
exemplary behaviour throughout the day.
Well done to everyone
involved! And thank you to the teachers and SNAs who went with the team on the day.
