3rd Class Maths and SESE

3rd Class have been busy learning different ways to represent multiplication sums using our multiplication flowers and cubes! We used whiteboards and cubes to show different ways that we can understand multiplication.

3rd Class have been busy preparing for Low Energy Day in school. They have been learning about renewable and non-renewable energy sources and how we use energy in school and at home.

We examined how windmills work and we looked at solar and hydro power. 

The boys and girls designed and made their own windmills. We tested if they spin and spoke about how we could design them differently if we did it again. Well done everyone.
